HappySurvey is a SaaS platform that enables organisations to create surveys, collect feedback, and analyse results through intuitive dashboards and reports. As the platform expanded, the user experience had become inconsistent, making key workflows more complex than necessary. The goal was to redesign the product from the ground up, creating a cleaner interface, improving usability, and delivering a more intuitive experience across the entire platform.
